FAQ
- What are credits, and how many does a sound cost?
- Each generation uses credits based on the model, duration and number of variations you pick. The Generate button always shows the cost up front. For example, a single 5-second sound with the default model costs 2 credits.
- What if a generation fails?
- Credits are reserved when a generation starts, and credits for any failed variation are refunded automatically.
- What happens to unused monthly credits?
- Subscription credits renew every billing period and don't roll over to the next month. Credit packs never expire.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- In two clicks with the “Cancel subscription” button on the Plan page, no need to contact anyone. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period and then doesn't renew. You can undo it from the same page in one click.
- Who processes payments?
- Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle issues invoices and handles taxes.
